School Year 2026-2027 Electronic Application Form for Student Financial Assistance Schemes 

⚠️ Important Warning: No Changes Allowed After Signing

Key Points:

• PDF documents cannot be modified after signing
• Please ensure all entered information is correct before electronic signing
• No changes can be made once the document is signed

Signature Method 1: Microsoft Edge Browser  
1.    Open the PDF in Edge  
2.    Click the "Draw" tool on the toolbar  
3.    Draw your signature with the mouse  
4.    Save the file

Signature Method 2: Adobe Acrobat Reader   
1.    Open PDF: Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader  
2.    Select tool: Click "Fill & Sign" on the right pane  
3.    Add signature: Click "Sign" → "Add Signature"  
4.    Choose method:  
      •    Draw: Draw signature with mouse/trackpad  
      •    Image: Upload signed photo (PNG format)  
5.    Place signature: Drag to position, adjust size  
6.    Save: Save the signed PDF  
 

Submission of Application:

Applicants Electronic Submission should email the application form together with all supporting documents to  fee-remission@logosacademy.edu.hk.

(If Appendix II Income Certificate or a statutory declaration issued by the Home Affairs Department is required, the original must be submitted to the School separately.)
